On Saturday, the 24th, the weather will be generally cloudy with rain expected in most areas.
The Korea Meteorological Administration forecasted on the 23rd, "Rain will occur in the northern inland of Chungcheongnam-do, the eastern inland of Jeollanam-do, and in the Chungcheongbuk-do area from the morning, and in the southern inland of Chungcheongnam-do in the afternoon."
The rain in the eastern inland and southern coast of Jeollanam-do will mostly stop in the morning, while other regions will see it stop in the afternoon, but some areas in the eastern coast and mountainous regions of Gangwon-do and the eastern coast of Gyeongsang-do may continue to experience rain until the evening.
Expected rainfall is 10 to 40 mm in Jeju Island, 5 to 20 mm in Busan, Ulsan, and the southern coast of Gyeongnam, and 5 to 10 mm in the eastern coast and mountainous regions of Gangwon-do and northern Gyeonggi-do, while other areas will generally have around 5 mm.
Winds will also be strong. In Busan, Ulsan, and the Gyeongsang coast, momentary wind speeds will exceed 70 km/h (20 m/s), and strong winds of around 55 km/h (15 m/s) are expected in Jeju Island and the southern coast.
In the seas, there is a possibility of a storm warning in the eastern waters of the southern sea and the southern waters of the East Sea, and gusts of wind and thunderstorms may occur. Vessels navigating or operating should take caution.
Temperatures will be similar to or slightly lower than average.
The morning low temperature will range from 11 to 16 degrees, and the afternoon high temperature will fluctuate between 15 to 21 degrees.
The morning low temperatures in major regions will be 14 degrees in Seoul, 14 degrees in Incheon, 13 degrees in Suwon, 12 degrees in Chuncheon, 13 degrees in Gangneung, 14 degrees in Cheongju, 13 degrees in Daejeon, 15 degrees in Jeonju, 14 degrees in Gwangju, 13 degrees in Daegu, 14 degrees in Busan, and 15 degrees in Jeju.
The afternoon high temperatures will be 23 degrees in Seoul, 22 degrees in Incheon, 22 degrees in Suwon, 20 degrees in Chuncheon, 17 degrees in Gangneung, 20 degrees in Cheongju, 19 degrees in Daejeon, 20 degrees in Jeonju, 21 degrees in Gwangju, 17 degrees in Daegu, 17 degrees in Busan, and 17 degrees in Jeju.
The concentration of fine dust will show a 'good' level across all regions.
