Popular YouTuber Diva Jessica (real name Lee Seung-joo), who has 2.57 million subscribers, is reported to have purchased a building in Daechi-dong, Gangnam District, Seoul for about 12.8 billion won.
According to the Maeil Business Newspaper on the 21st, Diva Jessica purchased the building located in Daechi-dong under the corporate name JBS E&M for 12.85 billion won on the 16th of last month and made the final payment on the 25th. The building has a land area of 181.3 square meters and a total floor area of 637.42 square meters, consisting of 3 basement levels and 7 above-ground levels.
The building is also located just a minute's walk from Hanti Station on the Suin-Bundang Line. It is currently reported that a hospital and a private educational institute are tenants, and it is expected to generate stable revenue.
Diva Jessica is a first-generation YouTuber who began streaming English content on AfreecaTV in 2013. Currently, she is gaining popularity by producing various content such as Toy Mystery and Friday Incident Files. She is also the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of JBS E&M, which nurtures and develops creators like Lee Sa-bae, Bubbledia, and Diva Jenni.
