It has been reported that on the 21st, the Seocho Police Station attempted to conduct an on-site inspection of the bar where allegations arose that former President Yoon Suk-yeol's trial judge, Director General Ji Kwi-yeon, received alcohol hospitality.

According to the Gangnam District Office on the 22nd, district officials and police officers from the Gangnam Police Station visited this establishment around 9:30 p.m. on the previous day (21st). However, as the establishment was closed and not open for business, the on-site inspection could not proceed.

The Gangnam District Office and police are reported to have tried to investigate whether this establishment, which was licensed as a bar, employed entertainment staff. According to the Food Sanitation Act Enforcement Decree, a bar primarily sells alcoholic beverages and allows customers to sing. An entertainment bar mainly sells alcoholic beverages and allows customers to sing or dance and can employ entertainment staff. If the establishment visited by Judge Ji employed entertainment staff for hospitality, it must obtain a license as an entertainment bar rather than a bar from the local government.

Gangnam district officials and police officers allegedly checked other establishments first before looking for the establishment where allegations were raised that Judge Ji had previously been drinking. A Gangnam district official noted, "The district and police jointly select a list of more than 10 establishments for on-site inspections every week," adding, "This establishment became a target for inspection due to its recent controversy." They continued, "We need to catch (the fact that entertainment staff are employed) on-site to take action, but we couldn't verify it since it wasn’t operating."

This establishment has operated as a bar since receiving its license in 1993. Following the emergence of allegations regarding Judge Ji's "hospitality accusations," it has been reported that the sign was removed and operations were halted.

Earlier, Democratic Party of Korea lawmakers Kim Yong-min and Kim Gi-pyo claimed on the 14th that Judge Ji had received hospitality multiple times at a "high-end room salon." Judge Ji denied the allegations on the 19th, prompting the Democratic Party to release additional photos showing Judge Ji seated alongside two individuals at this establishment. However, no evidence was provided that suggested this establishment had the structure of a room salon or showed Judge Ji actually receiving hospitality.
