It has been revealed that Hwaseong Yuil Hospital, which was upgraded to the second general hospital in Hwaseong City, is operated by actor Yum Jung-ah's (52) husband.
Hwaseong Special Mayor Jeong Myeong-geun posted a video of the general hospital upgrade celebration event held at the Sky Garden of Hwaseong Yuil Hospital on social media on the 20th.
Mayor Jeong said, "The second general hospital in Hwaseong's western area, Hwaseong Yuil Hospital, has been established. Those in the western area of Hwaseong have experienced inconvenience and anxiety as there was only one general hospital, which had insufficient medical infrastructure for its wide area. We will resolve the regional medical disparity."
The celebration event for the general hospital upgrade was attended by Mayor Jeong, city and provincial council members, and representatives of social organizations in Namyang-eup. Notably, actor Yum Jung-ah, the wife of Director Heo Il of Hwaseong Yuil Hospital, attracted attention.
Yum Jung-ah married orthopedic specialist Heo Il, who is one year older, in 2006, and they have one son and one daughter. Hwaseong Yuil Hospital was opened in 2019 and currently operates a total of 12 medical departments, including an obstetrics and gynecology department that started offering services in February of this year. Yum Jung-ah is active in the tvN entertainment show "Fresh off the Sea 2."
