There is no news of his visit on Clinton's X (formerly Twitter) or the Clinton Foundation website, which he operates with his wife, Hillary. However, netizens speculate that this man is former President Clinton, based on observations of him engaging cheerfully with Korean citizens while under protection.

Former President Clinton has no official record of visiting Korea since his inauguration year in 1993, as well as in 1996, and after a summit with former President Kim Dae-jung on November 20, 1998.
