Actor Lee Kwang-ki's daughter, Yeon-ji, and soccer national team member Jeong Woo-young will marry in June.
According to Star News on the 20th, Jeong Woo-young and Lee Kwang-ki's daughter, Yeon-ji, will hold their wedding on June 15 at a location in Seoul.
The two have been friends of the same age and developed feelings for each other over time. Additionally, Jeong Woo-young, who suffered an ankle injury in March, is currently preparing for the wedding in Korea.
Born in 1999, Jeong Woo-young currently plays as a midfielder for FC Union Berlin in the German Bundesliga. He is a member of the U23 national soccer team and won a gold medal at the 2023 Asian Games. He also represented the national team at the 2023 AFC Qatar Asian Cup.
Yeon-ji, who is the same age as Jeong Woo-young, is the daughter of actor Lee Kwang-ki and has appeared in various entertainment programs such as JTBC's "Yujasik Sangpalja," TV Chosun's "Perfect Life," and E-channel's "Men of My Daughter." Lee Kwang-ki made his debut as a child actor in the KBS drama "The Hill of Sunrise" in 1985 and gained recognition with "Wang Geon, the Founder of Goryeo" in 2000.
