According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's real transaction disclosure system on the 16th, an apartment in 'Nine One Hannam' with a dedicated area of 273㎡ (1st floor) was transacted for 25 billion won on Feb. 10. Both the buyer and seller were individuals, and the transaction was reported belatedly.

The previous record high apartment was the Hannam The Hill with 243㎡ (17.5 billion won in March) in the same Hannam-dong. Additionally, another apartment, Raemiang Won Bailey with a dedicated area of 234㎡ in Banpo-dong, Seocho-gu, changed hands for 16.5 billion won in February.

An apartment of the same area as Nine One Hannam also changed hands for the same price in August last year. This year, there have been a total of five transactions for Nine One Hannam, with price differences depending on the area, selling between 10.2 billion won (244㎡, February) and 25 billion won.

Nine One Hannam, which was completed in 2019, consists of 341 units and is widely known as a luxury residential complex where many famous celebrities and corporations reside.

To avoid the price ceiling on sales, it was supplied under the condition of rental conversion after leasing, with rental deposits at that time reaching 3.3 billion to 4.8 billion won (monthly rent of 700,000 to 2.5 million won), and two years later, it was converted at an average of 61 million won per 3.3㎡.
