According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, on the 13th, the entire country will be under the influence of a high-pressure system moving over the southern sea of Japan, leading to generally higher temperatures than usual. Morning low temperatures are forecasted to be between 9 and 17 degrees Celsius, and afternoon highs between 20 and 29 degrees Celsius.

Fog with visibility of less than 1 kilometer is also expected in other regions. Additionally, strong winds of around 55 kilometers per hour are expected along the central west coast and in Gangwon Yeongdong, with gusts of around 70 kilometers per hour in mountainous areas. The fine dust concentration is forecasted to be at a "normal" level nationwide.
Strong winds of 30 to 45 kilometers per hour are expected in the far West Sea, along with waves of 1 to 2.5 meters.
