According to police and Jeon Nong on the 11th, the Jeon Bong-jun Struggle Group, affiliated with the National Farmers’ Association, entered Geumcheon District in Seoul with about 30 tractors and 13 vehicles, continuing the protest in a standoff with police until dispersing at around 7:30 a.m. that day.

They were blocked by police around 12:20 p.m. the previous day under the Kia Bridge. Originally aiming to hold a rally in the downtown area of Gwanghwamun, Jeon Nong proceeded with a rally on-site after their march was called off. Following a standoff lasting 19 hours, the vigil concluded.

Protesters have been traveling to Seoul since the 7th from Gwangju, Jeonnam, Jeonbuk, and Chungnam. They are calling for the "acquisition of farmers' rights" and the "suspension of rice imports."
