According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, showers are expected in southern inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon, northeastern inland and mountainous areas of Gyeongsangbuk-do from noon to 6 p.m. on that day.
Precipitation is estimated to be around 5㎜ in southern inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon, and about 5㎜ in northeastern inland and mountainous areas of Gyeongsangbuk-do.
The temperature is expected to gradually return to normal levels. The morning low will be between 8 and 13 degrees, while the afternoon high will range from 18 to 23 degrees.
The morning lows in major cities will be 11 degrees in Seoul, 11 degrees in Incheon, 10 degrees in Suwon, 11 degrees in Chuncheon, 12 degrees in Gangneung, 12 degrees in Cheongju, 11 degrees in Daejeon, 12 degrees in Jeonju, 12 degrees in Gwangju, 12 degrees in Daegu, 13 degrees in Busan, and 14 degrees in Jeju.
The afternoon highs will be 21 degrees in Seoul, 18 degrees in Incheon, 20 degrees in Suwon, 20 degrees in Chuncheon, 19 degrees in Gangneung, 23 degrees in Cheongju, 22 degrees in Daejeon, 22 degrees in Jeonju, 22 degrees in Gwangju, 22 degrees in Daegu, 19 degrees in Busan, and 20 degrees in Jeju.
The fine dust concentration is forecasted to be classified as 'good' to 'normal' across all regions.
