On the 7th, the Seoul city government announced that residents of Gangnam-gu, Gwanak-gu, and Yeongdeungpo-gu can receive up to a 30% discount when ordering food through ‘Seoul Delivery + Ddaenggyeoyo’.

The areas participating in this discount event are those designated as pilot autonomous districts for public delivery services in February.

When ordering food with Seoul Delivery + Ddaenggyeoyo in these areas, customers can receive up to a 30% discount. This includes the discount benefit of 5-15% from local love gift certificates, 5% for point accumulation, and 10% cashback.

The cashback promotion refunds 10% of the payment amount to consumers who order using local love gift certificates issued by the relevant autonomous district through the Seoul Delivery + Ddaenggyeoyo app as delivery-exclusive gift certificates. The cashback is provided en masse on the 20th of the month following the payment month and will end when the budget runs out.

The ordering method is to first purchase the district love gift certificate or Ddaenggyeoyo gift certificate through the Seoul Pay Plus app. Then, by clicking the Seoul Delivery + banner on the main screen of Seoul Pay Plus or when ordering in the Ddaenggyeoyo app, payment can be made with the gift certificate.

In addition, the Seoul city government noted that benefits for franchise owners have also been prepared. Stores located within Gangnam, Gwanak, and Yeongdeungpo-gu will receive an additional support fund of 200,000 won without any conditions.

Han Jeong-hoon, head of the small business policy department of Seoul, said, "For the public delivery service to grow sustainably, the participation of consumers and business owners is crucial," and added, "We will continue to do our best to create a win-win public delivery ecosystem."
