The community 'Clear World Inside the Glasses' for glasses wearers announced on the 2nd that it will provide five Samsung Electronics Galaxy Tabs to five children from single-parent families.

'Clear World Inside the Glasses' is an online community operated by the glasses specialty store IDAC Optical. Glasses wearers voluntarily participate in donations, and revenue generated from auctioning glasses frames and lenses sponsored by IDAC Optical is also used for donation funding.

Since starting its first donation in 2011, it has delivered bicycles, helmets, school supplies, laptops, medical expenses, and sponsorship funds to various social welfare facilities and individuals in a total of 25 instances. During the COVID-19 period, it also supported cash to purchase masks and quarantine supplies.

This Galaxy Tab donation event will be held on the 4th at 10 a.m. in the Dongjang office on the first floor of the Hadang 1-dong Administrative Welfare Center in Saha District, Busan. Dr. Seong Chi-ho of HJ Shipbuilding & Construction connected children in need in the Busan area, and 'Clear World Inside the Glasses' was able to provide support.

'Clear World Inside the Glasses' has received 47.91 million won in sponsorship funds as of the end of last month, and it has donated 39.32 million won in various forms. The remaining balance of 8.59 million won is held as reserve funds for future support.

Lee Gi-young, staff member of 'Clear World Inside the Glasses,' said, “All donations start from the pure intention of the members,” adding, “Since this handover ceremony stems from a warm suggestion from a customer, I hope it will be a time when our sincerity is conveyed.”
