The most popular girl group among soldiers is reported to be aespa.

The Defense PR Agency noted on the 29th that the results of a survey on the theme of 'stars they want to meet at the spring greeting train stage' conducted by Defense Daily correspond to this. The survey was conducted on 309 soldiers from the 4th to the 17th.

18.1% of respondents selected aespa. Private Lee from the Army’s 5th Corps said, “After a tiring day at training camp, I gained strength by watching aespa's music videos.”

Following were Promise Nine (16.2%), IU (6.5%), IVE (6.1%), and NMIXX (4.9%). Sergeant Bae from the Army’s 39th Division remarked, “I completed the march while thinking of Promise Nine’s songs,” and added, “Even now, they are a great comfort and source of energy during tough moments.”

The Defense Daily Army Chart selects interesting themes each month to listen to soldiers' opinions and ranks them as a communication and participation-based defense content. The survey is conducted monthly through the public service app 'The Camp.'
