The Catholic Archdiocese of Seoul announced that it will set up the funeral wake of the pope, who passed away on the 22nd, at the Myeongdong Cathedral in Seoul.

Cardinal Andrew Yeom Soo-jung, Archbishop Chung Soon-taek, Bishop Koo Yo-bie, and Bishop Lee Kyung-sang, along with the bishops, will receive condolences, and from 3 p.m. that day, the general public will also be able to pay their respects.

A representative from the archdiocese said, "It has not been specifically determined how long the condolence period will last," and noted, "Once the Vatican sets the funeral schedule, the procedures will be operated accordingly."
