A teenage woman inside the home died in the fire, and a man in his 60s was seriously injured and is receiving treatment at a hospital. The interior of the dwelling and household goods were all burned.
Fire authorities deployed 33 units and 49 personnel and extinguished the fire in about 1 hour and 35 minutes.
