On Saturday, the 19th, it will rain in most regions nationwide.

According to the Korea Meteorological Administration on the 18th, rain will begin in the metropolitan area and the inland and mountainous regions of Gangwon at 6 a.m. on the 19th, spreading across the country from the afternoon. The rain is expected to continue until the night of the 19th in the metropolitan area and until early morning on the 20th in other regions. During the rain, there may be gusts of wind and thunderstorms in the metropolitan area and the inland and mountainous regions of Gangwon.

From the 19th to the 20th, the expected rainfall by region is ▲Metropolitan area 5-30㎜ ▲Gangwon 10-40㎜ ▲Chungcheong 5-20㎜ ▲Jeolla 5-10㎜ ▲Gyeongsang 5-10㎜ ▲Jeju 5-20㎜.

A representative from the Korea Meteorological Administration noted, "In areas experiencing rain, visibility may decrease, and some roads may become slippery," adding, "Please pay particular attention to traffic safety by ensuring sufficient distance while driving."

The low temperature forecast for the morning of the 19th is between 11 and 16 degrees, and the high temperature in the afternoon is expected to be between 16 and 27 degrees. This is approximately 2 to 6 degrees higher than average.

There may be dense fog with visibility below 200 meters along the west and south coasts until the morning of the 19th. Additionally, from the afternoon of the 19th, strong winds of up to 55 kilometers per hour may occur along the coastal and mountainous areas.

Dense fog is also forecasted in most maritime areas, with strong winds expected. Especially, in the central part of the East Sea and the northern part of the southern East Sea, waves are expected to be 1.5 to 3.5 meters high.
