According to the Korea Meteorological Administration forecast on the 14th, there will be many clouds nationwide on Tuesday, the 15th, gradually clearing up. Until dawn, there may be rain or snow in some areas of eastern Gangwon, southern Chungbuk, eastern Jeolla, Gyeongsang region, and Jeju Island. The morning low temperatures are forecasted to be between minus 2 degrees and positive 7 degrees, with daytime highs expected to be between 11 degrees and 17 degrees. The fine dust concentration will range from good to moderate levels across all regions.

From the 14th to the 15th, the expected precipitation is 5 to 10 mm for the eastern coastline and mountainous areas of Gangwon, Gwangju, Jeonnam, Jeonbuk, Busan, Ulsan, Gyeongnam, and Daegu, Gyeongbuk; and around 5 mm for the inland of Gangwon, Daejeon, Sejong, Chungnam, Chungbuk, eastern Jeonbuk, inland eastern Jeonnam, as well as the northwestern and northeastern inland and mountainous areas of Gyeongbuk, western inland of Gyeongnam, and Jeju Island. The expected snowfall during this period is 1 to 5 cm in the mountainous and inland areas of Gangwon, Chungbuk, Daejeon, Sejong, eastern Jeonbuk, inland eastern Jeonnam, and the mountainous areas of Jeju.

On the 15th, the morning low temperatures in major areas will be 4 degrees in Seoul, 5 degrees in Incheon, 3 degrees in Suwon, 0 degrees in Chuncheon, 6 degrees in Gangneung, 5 degrees in Cheongju, 4 degrees in Daejeon, 4 degrees in Jeonju, 5 degrees in Gwangju, 5 degrees in Daegu, 7 degrees in Busan, and 9 degrees in Jeju.

The daytime highs will be 16 degrees in Seoul, 13 degrees in Incheon, 14 degrees in Suwon, 16 degrees in Chuncheon, 15 degrees in Gangneung, 16 degrees in Cheongju, 16 degrees in Daejeon, 15 degrees in Jeonju, 15 degrees in Gwangju, 17 degrees in Daegu, 17 degrees in Busan, and 15 degrees in Jeju.

It is expected that there will be gusts along with thunder and lightning, mainly over the East Sea. The sea waves are expected to reach 1.0 to 3.5 meters in the East Sea, 0.5 to 3.5 meters in the West Sea, and 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the South Sea. The wave height in the offshore waters (about 200 km from the coastline) is expected to be 1.5 to 4.0 meters in the East Sea, 0.5 to 4.5 meters in the West Sea, and 1.5 to 5.0 meters in the South Sea.
