The Seoul city government announced on the 2nd that it will deploy 2,400 personnel to manage safety around the time of the Constitutional Court's ruling on President Yoon Suk-yeol's impeachment trial (3rd to 5th). Authorities plan to prepare with firefighters and police to prevent accidents from large crowds gathering at the assembly site.

On the day of the ruling (4th), Anguk Station on Line 3 near the Constitutional Court will be closed and will bypass without stopping. City buses passing through Gwanghwamun Intersection, Sejong-daero Intersection, Anguk Station, Yeouidaero, and Hannam-dong will either not stop or temporarily detour. The 71 Dae-reung-i (shared bicycle) rental stations around Anguk, Gwanghwamun, Yeouidaero, and Hannam-daero will not be available for use.

Four on-site clinics will be set up in Anguk, Cheonggye Plaza, Hannam-dong, and Yeouidaero. Medical personnel, including doctors and nurses, along with ambulances will be deployed to respond to emergencies. The fire authorities plan to have up to 136 fire trucks and about 700 firefighters on-site, including Pumbulance (a combination of a fire pump truck and ambulance).
