A woman in her 60s passed away after saving two lives through organ donation.

The Korea Organ Donation Agency announced on the 19th that Han In-ae, 65, passed away after donating her kidneys to two recipients at Pusan National University Hospital in Yangsan, South Gyeongsang Province, on the 22nd of last month. Han collapsed at home on the 12th of last month and was transferred to the hospital for treatment, but she did not regain consciousness.

Han was born as the fourth of five siblings, including two sons and three daughters, in Busan. She was kind, considerate, and warm-hearted, always approaching those in need. After graduating from school, Han worked at a public health center, but after marriage, she dedicated herself to her children and family. She often expressed a desire to do something good to save someone at the end of life.

Han's children left this letter through the donation agency: “Mom, please be healthy and have fun in heaven. Don't worry about the family; we miss you so much. We love you.”
