Recently, ENCell, a contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) specialized in advanced biopharmaceuticals and new drug development, announced on the 28th that it has recruited Director Yeom Geon-seon, who has a background at Celltrion and Lotte Biologics, to lead its CDMO division.
Director Yeom is noted for contributing to the expansion of biopharmaceutical manufacturing and marketing as well as CMO operations over approximately 18 years at the Celltrion Group and Lotte Biologics. In particular, at Celltrion, he led contracts with global CDMO corporations in the U.S. and Europe to expand the global supply chain of antibody biosimilars and strengthened networking.
The company noted that this recruitment is intended to expand its global CDMO business and stated, "With the joining of Director Yeom, who has extensive global CDMO experience, we will further dedicate ourselves to acquiring new global orders."
