Yonsei Medical Center and Hana Bank are promoting the construction project of a silver town.
Yonsei Medical Center announced on the 16th that it signed a multilateral business agreement with Hana Bank, MDI Future City Development, and YK Asset Management for the establishment of a senior welfare facility in the silver town.
According to this agreement, Yonsei Medical Center will be responsible for plans and operations related to medical services in the construction project of the senior welfare facility in the silver town. Hana Bank will handle tasks such as consulting on the financial structure of the project, MDI Future City Development will take on development tasks, and YK Asset Management will handle investment tasks.
Kim Gi-chang, the president of the medical center, noted, “I feel a great sense of responsibility because the medical field occupies an important position in the silver industry,” adding, “As top institutions are participating in this agreement, I expect that we will be able to build a high-level senior welfare facility in Korea.”
Lee Ho-seong, the president of Hana Bank, also said, “The financial sector is also showing great interest in silver projects,” and added, “We will do our utmost to cooperate in financing for this project.”
Yoon Il-jung, chairman of the MDI Group, stated, “With Severance Hospital, which boasts world-class medical services, Hana Bank, which has executable capital, and our development and capital management know-how combined, I expect we will become an Avengers team in the silver industry.”
