Maeil Dairies recently announced on the 16th the launch of its new product, "Maeil Soy Milk Lentils." This new product was developed in collaboration with Dr. Jeong Hee-won, an author of the books "Slow Aging Eating Method" and "Slow Aging Mindset."
According to Maeil Dairies, the new product Maeil Soy Milk Lentils was made without added sugar for modern individuals who consume a lot of sugar, using lentils, which are a key grain in the "MIND Eating Method" proposed by Dr. Jeong in her book Slow Aging Eating Method. The product sold out its initial stock just one week after its release.
Maeil Soy Milk Lentils contains 9g of plant protein and 3g of dietary fiber in a 190mL pack. It is a low-sugar product with 1.5g of sugar.
The representatives from Maeil Dairies explained that they closely collaborated with Dr. Jeong on the product's nutritional design, ingredient ratios, and taste. Dr. Jeong emphasized the nutritional value of lentils in the Slow Aging Eating Method. It is known that she regularly enjoys low-sugar soy milk without added sugar to increase her intake of plant protein, which led to the joint development of Maeil Dairies' Lentil Soy Milk.
