TMON announced on the 4th that it has appointed Ahn Jun-hyung, the CEO of OASIS, as its new CEO.
Ahn graduated from Yonsei University with a degree in business administration and is a certified public accountant. He joined OASIS and Gaeasoft in 2018, serving as the chief financial officer (CFO) for both companies, and became the CEO of OASIS in 2022.
Ahn also served as CEO of TMON, which was acquired by OASIS, taking on the significant role of ‘normalizing and revitalizing TMON.’
TMON also appointed Kim Young-jun, the founder of OASIS, and Kang Chang-hoon, the head of the information technology (IT) division at Gaeasoft, as inside directors of TMON with the court’s approval.
Director Kim is an IT design and logistics expert who founded OASIS, achieving continuous profits since its establishment. He is also serving as the CEO of Gaeasoft, OASIS’s parent company.
Director Kang is currently the head of Gaeasoft’s IT division. With extensive IT development experience, he is expected to contribute to the innovation of TMON’s IT processes.
A TMON official noted, ‘With the appointment of a new management team, we plan to apply OASIS’s trust-based management strategy to TMON’ and added that there are plans to completely transform TMON through improvements in its structure.
