KYOCHON F&B Co., Ltd., which operates Kyochon Chicken, announced on the 3rd that it has intuitively restructured the names of its main products to enhance customer ordering convenience and franchise efficiency.
This change comes as non-face-to-face orders have become commonplace, making it increasingly important to accurately convey product information through product names.
Firstly, the product referring to a whole chicken, 'original', will be changed to 'whole chicken', thereby making the product characteristics of a whole chicken more clearly represented.
Customers will also be able to easily recognize the taste and characteristics of each product from the product names. Kyochon Corn, launched last year, is set to be renamed to 'Honey Corn', retaining the sweetness of the corn sauce in its name.
Additionally, Kyochon Fried Chicken will be changed to 'Fried', while Kyochon Seasoned Chicken will be updated to 'Seasoned Chicken'. The Single Series will be renamed 'Single Wing Series' to match the characteristics of the six-piece small-sized wing product.
The lightly fried chicken with rice flour and the green onion garnish will be unified under the name 'Salsal Series'. The Kyochon Series, which features soy sauce chicken, will be renamed to 'Soy Sauce Series' to enhance product understanding.
A KYOCHON F&B Co., Ltd. official noted, 'We have significantly revamped our product names to improve communication convenience between customers and franchisees during the ordering process, and we will continue to listen to the voices of our customers and franchisees to further enhance brand trust.'
