LOTTE said it will start "predictable rolling recruitment" from the 30th.

Predictable rolling recruitment is LOTTE's hiring method that opens the start dates for companies in the group with hiring plans in March, June, September, and December.

This June recruitment will include nine group companies, such as LOTTE Bio Logistics, LOTTE Innovate, LOTTE Global Logistics, LOTTE Energy Materials, and LOTTE Home Shopping. The job positions include a total of 32 areas: ▲strategic planning ▲AI ▲finance ▲merchandising ▲R&D, and detailed recruitment information and application processes for each group company will be available on the LOTTE Group recruitment integration page.

LOTTE abolished the public recruitment system in 2021 and introduced rolling recruitment. Since last year, it has been conducting "predictable rolling recruitment" by standardizing the screening schedules for each group company to once a quarter.

LOTTE will also hold recruitment briefings to secure global talent.

On the 10th and 14th of next month, LOTTE Group will hold a recruitment briefing called "Job Cafe" in Busan and Seoul. "Job Cafe" is an event aimed at potential applicants to introduce LOTTE Group's vision and business, and to meet with current HR personnel for recruitment consultations.

In August, a "Global Job Fair" will be held in Vietnam. This will be the first time to hold recruitment-related events overseas.
