On the 30th, KYOCHON F&B, the operator of the franchise brand KYOCHON Chicken, announced that it will participate in the 2025 Daegu Chimaek Festival (hereafter referred to as the Daegu Chimaek Festival). Now in its 13th year, the Daegu Chimaek Festival is set to take place from the 2nd to the 6th of next month at Duryu Park in the Dalseo District of Daegu.
As a prominent summer regional festival that attracts over 1 million visitors each year, KYOCHON F&B plans to set up a special booth on-site during the event and meet directly with festival-goers. This year, it will introduce two limited-time menu items themed around its signature sauces: the Signature Brushing Pack and the Limited Deep Sauce Pack.
The Signature Brushing Pack allows guests to experience the unique cooking method of brushing associated with KYOCHON Chicken. Diners can apply their choice of sauce—soy sauce, red sauce, honey sauce, or mala red sauce—directly onto the chicken using a brush. The Limited Deep Sauce Pack features fried whole tender chicken that can be dipped into one of three sauces: red mayo, honey mayo, or quattro cheese.
Additionally, KYOCHON Chicken's craft beer brand 'Moon Bear' will also be showcased at the event. Furthermore, KYOCHON Chicken's official Instagram will host a customer invitation event offering the chance for lucky winners to enjoy access to the 'Sauce Special VIP Lounge,' where two limited menu items and Moon Bear craft beer will be provided for free.
Meanwhile, KYOCHON F&B plans to deliver donations to disadvantaged neighbors in the Daegu area through a 'Love Donation' ceremony on the day of the Daegu Chimaek Festival. This initiative reinforces its commitment to coexistence with the local community and aims to continue its corporate philosophy of 'sincere management' at the event.
