Comprehensive liquor company Ayoung FBC announced on the 26th that it will hold a promotion called the "National Gratitude Program" in July, offering discounts on its flagship wine brand "Diablo."
According to Ayoung FBC, this "National Gratitude Program" was planned to repay the love consumers have consistently shown for Diablo.
Diablo is a global wine brand owned by the world-renowned liquor company "Concha y Toro," and is a popular product exported to over 130 countries worldwide, as well as the top-selling Chilean wine globally.
According to Ayoung FBC, Diablo has sold an average of over 4,000 bottles per day over the past 10 years. If all the bottles sold in that time were lined up, they could make 10 round trips between Seoul and Busan.
Stores selling Diablo, including major convenience stores and supermarkets, will offer an average discount benefit of around 50%. Moreover, during this National Gratitude Program period, major convenience stores will provide consumers with new wine consumption experiences by pairing Diablo wine with snacks.
At GS25, a bundled promotion will be held where consumers can enjoy Diablo with a variety of easy snacks, including domestic smoked chicken legs, sliced pig's feet, and double cheese pizza. GS Fresh will run discount events each week in July, offering pork belly, beef, and salmon, which pair well with Diablo wine. Emart24 and 7-Eleven will also offer snacks that can be purchased alongside.
