Musinsa announced on the 26th that its largest discount event of the first half of the year, the 'Mujinjang Summer Black Friday,' recorded sales of 246.6 billion won over 11 days.

This amounts to 17 million won worth of sales per minute, with 7.17 million items sold.

Held from the 15th to the 25th, this event featured over 3,500 brands participating, with more than 400,000 products discounted by up to 80%. The average daily active users (DAU) during the event period exceeded 2.4 million.

The most popular item was footwear, with the domestic brand Kinchi's derby shoes 'Shower - 808' recording the highest sales among individual items.

Additionally, Dickies' 'Double Knee 85283 Loose Fit Work Pants,' Brenson's 'One Pleat Wide Shorts,' and HDEX's 'Main Small Logo Air Muscle Fit Short Sleeve' each sold over 10,000 units.

During the offline event from the 14th to the 25th, the cumulative number of visitors to Musinsa Store Hongdae, Musinsa Store Daegu, and Musinsa Store Seongsu@Daerim Warehouse exceeded 150,000.

A Musinsa official noted, 'What began as an initiative to help brands with off-peak inventory has quickly become the largest summer campaign representing the fashion industry.
