Premium burger brand Five Guys operator FG Korea announced on the 26th that it will open 'Five Guys Yongsan' in Yongsan, Seoul, on July 25. Five Guys is a business led by Kim Dong-seon, vice president of Hanwha Galleria Future Total Management and the third son of Hanwha Group Chairman Kim Seung-yeon.

Five Guys is a premium burger brand that started in the United States in 1986. In Korea, it has been expanding its stores into major commercial areas starting from its first store in Gangnam in 2023, including Apgujeong and Gwanggyo.

The newly introduced Five Guys Yongsan is located in a super transit-oriented area directly connected to Yongsan Station, a key hub of the Honam Line KTX. The store is situated on the 3rd floor of Yongsan I-Park Mall Living Park, covering a total area of 413.1㎡ (about 125 pyeong) and can accommodate 118 diners at the same time.

An FG Korea official said, 'Five Guys Yongsan, with good transport accessibility and competitive commercial power, will provide a unique brand experience to more customers.' They noted, 'We plan to continue our strategy of expanding stores tailored to regional characteristics and customer demographics.'
