YES24 announced on the 13th that it has resumed some services, including books and tickets.
Currently available services include books, music albums, DVDs, stationery, and ticket services. YES24 added that other services, including e-books, will be gradually available.
The company noted that detailed resumption schedules for services will be promptly provided through its website or social media (SNS) as soon as they are finalized.
The resumption of services at YES24 comes five days after a ransomware attack on the 9th, during which data was encrypted and held for ransom, leading to a complete suspension of services on its website and smartphone app.
YES24 explained that it will implement thorough security checks of its entire system and data and establish top-level cyber defense measures to prevent similar incidents in the future.
