The Korea Fashion Association announced on the 10th that it participated in the largest retail expo in Asia, 'NRF Retail Big Show APAC 2025,' held in Singapore.

Hosted by the National Retail Federation (NRF), the expo took place from 3rd to 5th at the Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Center in Singapore. It is a global event aimed at the Asia-Pacific retail industry, showcasing the latest retail technologies and solutions for enhancing customer experience.

Digital transformation corporations based on retail technologies, such as Point of Sale (POS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, as well as artificial intelligence (AI)-based service platform companies, attracted attention at the venue. Myntra, India's largest online fashion platform, and Central Retail, a major retail corporation in Thailand, also served as conference speakers, sharing strategies and retail market trends from their countries.

Following an official partnership with NRF established in March, the Korea Fashion Association is intensifying its strategy to expand exchanges among Asia-Pacific retail and fashion corporations through participation in this event. Major fashion retail buyers from Asia belonging to NRF will visit Korea for business meetings with domestic brands at 'Trend Fair 2025,' scheduled to be held at COEX in Seoul in August.

Trend Fair is the largest fashion order exhibition in Korea, held annually by the association with support from the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy. It aims to foster global brands and focuses on expanding the overseas advancement of domestic brands.

Sung Rae Eun, president of the Korea Fashion Association, noted, "In an integrated commerce environment where online, offline, and mobile channels converge, consistency in customer experience has become a key challenge in the retail industry." She further stated, "We will continue to share the global insights gained from this expo with our domestic members and expand the platform for exchanges to enhance the global competitiveness of K-Fashion."
