Coupang announced on the 9th that its luxury beauty and fashion vertical service 'R.LUX' has formed a partnership with the luxury marketplace 'FARFETCH' to showcase FARFETCH's luxury fashion products.

Through this collaboration, R.LUX customers in Korea will be able to receive a variety of luxury and premium brand products selected from global brands, boutiques, and department stores via direct rocket delivery. About 1,400 luxury brands, including seasonal items presented at the world's four major fashion weeks (Paris, Milan, London, New York), will be available on R.LUX. Exclusive benefits such as free returns will be provided to WOW members.

When selecting the FARFETCH selection at Coupang R.LUX and placing an order via the rocket delivery method, products will be shipped from brands or boutiques that deal directly with FARFETCH worldwide. R.LUX is responsible for the final domestic delivery. Delivery will take approximately 4 to 7 days, depending on the shipping origin. All products will be shipped for free, and WOW members will receive free returns (within 30 days).

Typically, direct purchases of luxury goods required customers to separately report and pay tariffs and value-added tax, but R.LUX has eliminated this inconvenience. Customers can pay at a price that includes all taxes and receive a full refund, including tariffs and value-added tax, when returning items.
