On that day, HiteJinro announced that 'JINRO' was selected as the 'most sold distilled spirit in the world' by the British liquor media 'Drink International.'

HiteJinro maintained its unchanging number one position by selling a total of 96.8 million boxes (based on 9 liters per box) of soju products such as Chamisul over the past year. If lined up, they could circle the Earth about 13 times, equivalent to a height of approximately 57,000 Mount Everests.

Since 2001, JINRO has maintained its position as the global sales leader in distilled spirits for 24 years, achieving sales volume more than double that of overall tequila sales, proving its status in the global distilled spirits market.

Last year, HiteJinro announced its global vision of 'popularizing JINRO' and is continuing its aggressive localization strategy to establish JINRO in the daily lives of people worldwide. It is expanding brand touchpoints through various activities, including product localization, sports sponsorships, supporting large festivals, and collaborating with globally popular content.

As part of these activities, HiteJinro participated as the official soju partner at the large music festival 'Head in the Clouds 2025 (HITC 2025)' held in Los Angeles, USA, until the 1st, engaging in local consumer targeting activities. At this festival, which HiteJinro attended for the second time after 2023, it operated a 'JINRO BAR' and showcased various soju cocktails along with five types of fruit liqueurs, including a new product, lemon ale. The company enhanced the festival experience by installing a large toad sculpture, operating photo zones, and providing goodies through participatory social media events.
