Pulmuone announced on the 8th that it has launched "slightly melted slush plum" (hereinafter slush plum). The slush plum is a product with a sugar content of 3g per pack (100㎖), which is less than half the average sugar content of the top-selling frozen desserts (1st to 3rd place) in the country.
The slush plum reduces sugar content but retains the natural sweetness and refreshing flavor of plum by utilizing concentrated plum juice. It features a soft texture that allows it to be eaten slightly melted like a slush or completely thawed and consumed like juice.
The package design was created with children's safe consumption and convenience in mind. It uses a spout pouch type packaging that is easy to drink, carry, and store, while also incorporating a safety cap to prevent children from easily opening the product and the risk of swallowing the lid.
A Pulmuone Foodmerce official noted, "We plan to continuously expand our lineup of frozen dessert products that minimize additives in line with consumer health and preferences to enhance customer satisfaction."
