The company plans to clearly inform customers of guaranteed arrival dates for major brand products and implement '7-day delivery,' which will allow orders placed on Saturdays to be delivered on Sundays, thereby increasing customer satisfaction.
The free shipping and same-day dispatch service will be uniformly applied to products with the 'free shipping and same-day dispatch badge' among popular brands, including Musinsa Standard, Od Type, Wiji, and Nike, Adidas, ASICS, Salomon, Timberland, and Polo Ralph Lauren.
The free shipping and same-day dispatch service consists of three components: 'immediate dispatch,' 'immediate exchange,' and 'immediate refund.' 'Immediate dispatch' is a service that sends products on the same day the customer orders them. Musinsa will also conduct '7-day delivery' for products ordered on Saturdays to be dispatched the same day and received on Sundays in certain areas of Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. The company will also display the expected delivery date below the 'Order' button on the product detail page for eligible items.
'Immediate exchange' is a method where a new product is dispatched immediately when the customer applies for an exchange through the Musinsa app. Even when a customer cancels an order for a product eligible for the free shipping and same-day dispatch service due to unavoidable reasons, the refund will be completed as soon as the courier picks up the returned product.
