MUSSINSA announced on the 2nd that it will reorganize the membership system of MUSSINSAS store and 29CM and expand its premium customer base.

MUSSINSA will launch a restructured membership tier system starting July 1. It plans to establish new criteria and systems to provide more benefits to frequent customers, along with additional reward benefits when using the prepaid recharge service 'MUSSINSA money.'

Additionally, a new level 9 (Black Diamond) membership, equivalent to 'VVIP,' will be established, which supplements the highest level 8 (Diamond) tier. Level 9 members, who accumulate over 100 million points, will receive a 4% tier discount, up to 8% additional rewards, a 9% product coupon, and a 5% basket coupon applicable to multiple products.

29CM will subdivide its existing four-tier membership system into seven tiers. The newly established tiers, Diver (Level 5), Rubber (Level 6), and Igup Family (Level 7), are all categorized as VIP. The tier mileage accrual rate, which was uniformly provided at 1% regardless of membership level, will now vary according to the level.

In addition, extra benefits will be offered when using the prepaid recharge service 'MUSSINSA money.' Members who recharge MUSSINSA money at MUSSINSAs store and 29CM to order products will receive additional rewards based on their membership level. In the second half of this year, MUSSINSAs and 29CM members will be able to increase their tier assessment amount by achieving specific missions through a 'Tier Boost' program.

A MUSSINSAs representative noted, "In a situation where our business is expanding beyond online to offline, we decided to introduce a new membership system to provide appropriate levels of premium benefits to customers who utilize MUSSINSAs services more frequently." They added, "We will continue to regularly reorganize the membership system to improve customer experience."
