On the 2nd, the travel technology corporation Yanolja announced that it will unveil an integrated solution package combining smart kiosks, a hotel management system (hereinafter PMS), and a channel management system (CM).
Yanolja targets small and medium-sized hotels with low digital transformation rates with its integrated solution package.
It explained that it provides technology optimized for the operational environment. Through this, it aims to create an environment where travelers can easily and conveniently use hotels.
The smart kiosk automates front desk operations and increases operational efficiency with features such as self check-in and check-out and identity verification through artificial intelligence (AI) facial recognition. It assists with quick check-ins to enhance customer convenience and supports multiple languages such as English, Japanese, and Chinese, thereby improving accessibility for foreigners and the quality of on-site responses.
It also supports systematic integrated management of hotel operations, including customer reservation and check-in management and room operations, by organically linking with solutions like PMS and CM. In particular, it can secure sales flexibility according to room reservation conditions by exposing room inventory (stock list) in real time to over 40 sales channels, including domestic and international online and offline travel agencies.
A Yanolja official noted, "We will keep pace with the rapidly changing AI era, propose directions for the travel industry, and enhance the competitiveness of our country’s accommodation and tourism industries, including hotels, to create a travel environment where everyone can enjoy easily and conveniently."
