The Baedal minjok app, operated by Woowa Brothers, experienced a temporary error during the evening hours of the 30th, causing inconvenience for consumers.
Baedal minjok stated that an error occurred around 6:10 p.m. that day in some functions, including accessing the food order cart.
The error was restored after about 30 minutes, and Baedal minjok is in the process of identifying the exact cause.
A Baedal minjok representative noted, “We are reviewing appropriate compensation measures for the business owners and customers who have experienced inconvenience due to the error.”
