The Scotch whisky brand 'Windsor' announced on the 28th that all three products it submitted to the San Francisco World Spirits Competition (SFWSC) held in the United States have won awards.
At this competition, Windsor 21-year won a Gold Medal, while Windsor 17-year and Windsor 12-year each won Silver Medals. SFWSC is an internationally prestigious spirits competition, one of the top three in the world, celebrating its 25th anniversary this year. Many of the world's renowned distilleries and emerging brands participate, and all products undergo blind tasting with labels removed. This year, over 5,500 products were submitted, and more than 70 global spirits experts participated in the judging.
Earlier, Windsor's 12-year and 21-year won Bronze at the World Whiskies Awards Scotland 2025 held in March.
Windsor 12-year is a premium Scotch whisky blended from carefully selected spirits aged for at least 12 years, characterized by a smooth flavor that can be easily enjoyed even by beginners. Windsor 17-year ranked first in domestic super premium whisky sales for 17 consecutive years from 2000 to 2016, while Windsor 21-year boasts a deep and rich flavor with top-quality blending aged for over 21 years.
A representative from Windsor Global noted, "It is very meaningful that Windsor's long-standing blending technology and commitment to quality have borne fruit with this award," and added, "We will continue to offer consistent quality and distinguished whisky to meet consumer trust."
