In the institutional sector of the '2025 Korea's most beloved brand awards,' domestic leading home appliance specialty store LOTTE HIMART won for the 15th consecutive year. LOTTE HIMART is strengthening care services such as appliance repair and cleaning insurance, expanding its touchpoints with consumers. This service started in 2023 with the ambition of providing 'lifecycle-oriented care services for appliance purchases' through various services needed by customers after purchasing appliances.

They offer not only appliance repairs but also regular replacement of consumables, cleaning, professional moving, and reinstallation. Services such as move-in cleaning and specialized interior construction, as well as pet care, have also been established.

They are also strengthening specialized MD stores that provide consumers with various appliance experiences. LOTTE HIMART boasts that more than 80% of its total sales come from 'offline sales' based on stores. They are advancing a strategy to maximize the inherent competitiveness of discount stores that sell a variety of brands' products by deepening the range of products suited to consumer preferences.

The LOTTE HIMART EnterSix Anyang branch is a prime example. Considering the characteristics of a young floating population around universities and shopping streets, this store focuses on home appliances related to hobbies. This is why they configured 'audio equipment zone' and 'game zone.'

The LOTTE HIMART Hanssem Gwanggyo branch is a specialty store for 'built-in premium kitchens.' This takes into account that Gwanggyo New Town is located behind it. The store is organized with a variety of kitchen and living appliances from well-known domestic and international brands instead of information technology (IT) appliances and mobile devices. Collaborating with HANSSEM, they can provide consultations in a connected manner between appliances, furniture, and interiors, which is one of their advantages.
