Lotte Duty Free announced on the 18th that it has renovated the flagship store of the French high jewelry brand 'Boucheron' located in Myeongdong.
Lotte Duty Free has transferred the Boucheron flagship store from the 11th floor to the 10th floor and expanded its size to approximately 20 pyeong, making it four times larger.
Since attracting Boucheron in 2018, the first and only duty-free store in the country, Lotte Duty Free has been operating offline stores in Myeongdong and Jeju, receiving consistent responses from both domestic and foreign customers. In October of last year, it renewed the Boucheron store in Jeju.
With the recent increase in demand for luxury watches and jewelry, Lotte Duty Free's sales in related categories in the first quarter of this year increased by about 13% compared to the fourth quarter of last year. Sales of brands exclusively operated in the duty-free industry, such as Chaumet, Fred, and Messika, also show positive trends.
Lotte Duty Free plans to continue providing customers with differentiated shopping experiences through the attraction of global high-end brands.
