The office space has been set up at the 'HK inno.N Square' managed by Kolmar Korea's subsidiary, HK inno.N. This space is a state-of-the-art research and development hub that opened in February in the Pangyo Techno Valley of Seongnam, Gyeonggi Province.

Resident corporations will be offered striking benefits such as full exemption of the deposit and free rent for the first month. The basic residency period is one year, which can be extended through review afterward.

Kolmar Korea and Olive Young will also provide a K-beauty nurturing program to confirmed resident corporations. Kolmar Korea will support them from product planning to development through industry trend seminars, item proposal presentations, and manufacturing technology mentoring, while Olive Young will conduct customized consulting for market entry, including product planning consulting and establishing an entry strategy.

Applications for residency can be submitted by email until 5 p.m. on the 23rd. Further details can be found on the websites of HK inno.N and CJ Olive Young or in the announcements within the Pangyo Techno Valley homepage.

A representative from Kolmar Korea noted, 'By supporting promising corporations, we aim to promote sustainable growth and innovation in the K-beauty industry,' adding that 'we will actively support the selected corporations to grow into globally competitive brands, leveraging the accumulated know-how for mutual growth.'
