The two sides will enter into a consulting contract and share the philosophy and know-how to elevate the domestic dining culture.

They also plan to promote long-term projects, including various research activities on Korean ingredients, human resources development, and network activation.

PARADISE Group will construct a food and beverage (F&B) platform, the "PARADISE Research and Development Center," in Jangchung-dong, Seoul, in July and plans to integrate Mingles' fine dining know-how and ingredient research.

Chef Kang Min-gu will be responsible for kitchen design at the center, transferring operational skills, developing new menus, and quality control consulting, while PARADISE will take charge of nurturing talent requiring long-term investment, researching seasonal ingredients, and managing networks to promote gourmet culture.

Chef Kang Min-gu is expected to participate in the vision and operation of the premium luxury hotel restaurant in Jangchung-dong, slated to open in 2028.

Chef Kang Min-gu said, "This will be an important moment for me and PARADISE Group to further enhance the content of Korean fine dining."

CEO Choi Jong-hwan stated, "We will raise the dignity of Korean cuisine globally and provide a platform for our budding talents to fully realize their dreams."
