HANSSEM explained that its sales and operating profit decreased due to the weakening of consumer sentiment caused by uncertainties in the domestic and international economic environment, a reduction in large-scale housing supplies, delays in the recovery of the real estate market, and rising exchange rates. The company noted that it is focusing on securing stable revenue through continuous supply chain management and maintaining operational efficiency.

The remodeling institutional sector, Rehouse, plans to further enhance its sales, logistics, and construction systems on a national scale. The goal is to increase the average transaction amount by strengthening its portfolio centered on mid-to-high priced products and improving revenue.

The kitchen brand, Kitchen bath, plans to solidify its position in the premium market through the launch of new products and a rebranding of its brand identity (BI). Home furnishing will strengthen the competitiveness of products such as built-in wardrobes, hotel beds, student rooms, and Samkids while optimizing distribution channels.

HANSSEM stated, "We will solidify our position as a leading company in the industry by continuing to grow alongside B2C (business-to-consumer) and B2B (business-to-business) based on strong brand power."
