Signiel Seoul announced on the 9th that it will hold a mango promotion featuring apple mango desserts until August 31.

The 'signature mango bingsu' to be unveiled this time is characterized by large pieces of apple mango placed on top of sweet snowflake flakes made from finely shaved frozen milk. Gold leaf decoration adds splendor, and the refreshing mango purée along with popping mango pearls maximizes the flavor.

By adding separately offered mango sorbet and red bean paste, guests can enjoy their desired flavors according to personal preference. The price remains the same as last year at 130,000 won.

In addition to bingsu, Signiel Seoul has also prepared various mango petit desserts, including a visually appealing cake made with round scoops of fresh mango, as well as shortcake and mousse cake.

Meanwhile, the price of apple mango bingsu, regarded as a representative 'small luxury' item in the summer dessert scene, is soaring. The price for this year's apple mango bingsu at the Seoul Shilla Hotel is 110,000 won, a 7.8% increase from last year. The Four Seasons Hotel sells its apple mango bingsu for 149,000 won this year, which is an 18.2% rise from last year.
