Nongshim announced on the 2nd that its event 'Seoul in the City,' in collaboration with four Korean restaurants in New York, received a favorable response locally.
'Seoul in the City' is an event where Nongshim developed menus using its products in collaboration with famous Korean restaurants in New York, including Sopo, Yoon Galbi, Ho Jok Ban, and Gisa Sikdang, and is selling these items for two weeks from the 19th of last month to the 3rd.
The Korean restaurants collaborating with Nongshim showcased dishes such as Shin Ramyeon Tomba Arancini (Ho Jok Ban), Shin Ramyeon Tomba Corn Cheese (Sopo), Shin Ramyeon Ramyeon-tang (Gisa Sikdang), and Bae Hong-dong Bibim Mulmyeon and Jocheong Yuga Gelato (Yoon Galbi) to locals.
In particular, the Shin Ramyeon Tomba Arancini received an enthusiastic response and is expected to be adopted as a regular menu item at the Ho Jok Ban location opening in Los Angeles in August.
Nongshim plans to apply the brand and product reactions collected through this collaboration to its future marketing strategies.
A Nongshim official said, "By collaborating with representative Korean restaurants in New York, we have achieved results in enhancing Nongshim's global brand image and promoting the appeal of K-food." They added, "We will continue to raise awareness of Nongshim among global consumers through various marketing efforts."
