Homeplus explained, "The supply has resumed through amicable agreement with Seoul Milk based on the deep trust built over a long transaction," adding, "Seoul Milk products are expected to be sequentially stocked in stores starting today." It further noted, "Most of the product supply issues that arose after the initiation of rehabilitation procedures have been resolved."

Homeplus stated that the payment for cooperative companies’ products, which was temporarily delayed due to the initiation of rehabilitation procedures, is being carried out smoothly. As of today, payments for rehabilitation claims have been completed for 2,407 companies (about 90%) out of 2,675 cooperative partners, excluding some large corporations. Homeplus mentioned, "We plan to begin partitioning repayments to large corporate partners next month, and the debt repayment process is proceeding smoothly."

Homeplus dismissed concerns about its performance. The company said, "Sales in March were at a level similar to last March’s record high, and this trend continued last month," adding, "Sales in the online institutional sector from the 21st to the 27th of last month increased by 10% compared to the same period last year, and sales during the weekend from the 25th to the 27th of last month rose by 26%, continuing to grow regardless of the rehabilitation procedures."

Homeplus emphasized, "The rehabilitation procedures are proceeding smoothly in all areas, including supply, sales, and debt repayment," and added, "If you could give us just a little more time, we will do our utmost to successfully complete the rehabilitation procedures and achieve prompt normalization."
