The Siheung Premium Outlet, which opened in April 2017, is a representative shopping center in the southwestern part of Gyeonggi Province, attracting about 7 million visitors annually. Shinsegae Simon renovated and expanded a 7,410㎡ (2,245 pyeong) indoor shopping area as a strategy to enhance the competitiveness of the Siheung Premium Outlet, which is celebrating its 8th anniversary this year.

Inside the new The S Mall, a total of 31 brands will be available, including living and children's brands, as well as popular SPA and F&B (food and beverage) brands. Notable daily content brands such as NOBLAND, Olive Young, and Daiso will join existing ones, alongside regional electrical and living stores including Casamia, Iloom, LG Best Shop, and Samsung Store.

In the clothing sector, the SPA brand Uniqlo has opened a new store. The children’s specialty store 'Kids Blossom' has also completed its renovation, featuring 11 popular brands. Musinsa Standard is scheduled to open in June.

Shinsegae Simon will also present a promotional event to commemorate the opening of The S Mall. On the 26th and 27th, customers who spend over 300,000 won using Samsung Card will receive a gift card worth 5% of their purchase.

A Shinsegae Simon representative said, "The Siheung Premium Outlet has enhanced customers' shopping options by offering everything from premium brands to daily essentials through this renovation," adding, "It will be created as a hybrid outlet that combines the advantages of an indoor mall and an outdoor shopping center, providing a high-quality shopping space that customers can visit every day."
