Lotte Shopping's e-commerce platform Lotte On reported on the 16th that the traffic for the discount event "OnShoppe (Online Shopping Festa)" has increased by 70% compared to the same period last year during the first week of the event, which runs from the 9th to the 20th. Sales during this period also grew by 65%.
On the starting date of April 9, the traffic surged by 85% and sales rose by 90% compared to the previous year, marking the highest performance since 2023.
"OnShoppe" is an annual event that Lotte On has held exclusively. This year, non-retail affiliates such as Lotte Hotel, LOTTE Rent-a-Car, and LOTTE Wellfood also participated. As Lotte affiliates joined together, they created synergy and captured customer interest.
The distinctive promotion that drove the success of this event, the "Lotto Subscription" event, attracted about 30,000 applicants over three days. The "Lotto Subscription," carried out under the campaign slogan "Take Lotte," included benefits only available on Lotte On, such as rights to the central table seats for the regular season at Busan Sajik Stadium in 2025, 500 Lotteria burger sets, and 10 million L.POINT points.
The special price events by Lotte Group affiliates held three times a day also gained popularity. The affiliate's special products, such as "Krispy Kreme Doughnuts half dozen 50% discount vouchers" and "7-Eleven 5,000 won gift certificates," sold out within five minutes of the event's start.
"OnShoppe" will continue until April 20. Kim Eunsu, director of synergy marketing at Lotte On, noted, "This 'OnShoppe' is not merely a shopping event; it is an event that involves not only retail but also non-retail affiliates centered around Lotte On. Through organic collaboration among affiliates, we were able to achieve the highest level of daily active users (DAU) ever. We hope for much interest during the remaining period of the event."
