CJ Olive Young announced on the 10th that the cumulative number of visitors to its innovative first store, 'Olive Young N Seongsu,' which opened in November last year in Seongdong District, Seoul, surpassed 1 million as of the end of March.

Olive Young N Seongsu averages about 8,000 visitors per day, ranking second after the nationwide top store, 'Myeongdong Town.' The share of customers visiting from non-capital areas outside Seoul and Gyeonggi Province accounted for 22%. The share of revenue from foreign customers constituted 70%, ranking third nationwide.

Olive Young is showcasing the company's future strategy at Olive Young N Seongsu. Among the 158 new brands that aimed to enter Olive Young N Seongsu last year, 7 received positive responses from customers, leading to their expansion into approximately 1,370 stores nationwide. An Olive Young representative noted, 'Olive Young N Seongsu is gaining attention as an experiential space that best highlights the selling points of the entered brands, establishing itself as a debut stage for emerging brands.'

The Olive Young N Seongsu store also differentiates itself by providing beauty care services to customers. Customers can receive skin and scalp diagnoses in the 'Active Skincare' zone on the third floor and get customized skincare methods recommended based on their skin type.

In the future, Olive Young plans to expand retail innovation cases verified at Olive Young N Seongsu nationwide. Long-term, the aim is to enhance experiential beauty services so that customers can enjoy experiences similar to those at Olive Young N Seongsu at any Olive Young store.
